Quick and Easy Installation

IconX Connectors are inserted into pre-cut holes or slots in the foam insulation, and insulation sheets can be handled and placed without the Icons moving or falling out.

Pre-Pour Organization

Insulation sheets should be ready to install before the concrete arrives with IconX Connectors already inserted. Sheets can be stacked and secured using strapping in preparation. Labeling each insulation sheet with the panel number and piece-mark streamlines the installation process.

CNC Machining

A CNC machine can be used to cut slots for the IconX Connectors as well as block-outs, recesses, and even piece-marks.

Limited Interference

There is typically little to no interference between IconX Connectors and reinforcement. In the case of interference with reinforcement or inserts, Icons can easily be moved during installation.
